David Woody SURVIVORS: wife: Dolores Stallsmith; Four sons: Tony Stallsmith and wife Jamie of Collierville, TN, Robert John Stallsmith and wife Dawn of Gray, TN, David Edward Stallsmith and wife Holly of Jonesborough, TN, William Matthew Stallsmith of Telford, TN; Two stepsons: Pedro Vila of Greeneville, Edgardo Vila currently serving in Afghanistan; fourteen Grandchildren; two brothers: Fenn Stallsmith and wife Grace of Summerville, S.C., Stanley Stallsmith and wife Marianne of St. Michael’s, M.D., Two sisters: Diane Nageotte of PA, and Jannett Nail and her husband Mark of Youngstown, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews PRECEEDED IN DEATH: Mother: Vida Carrier Stallsmith, and sister: Marian Hassett. CHURCH MEMBERSHIP: Asbury United Methodist Church OCCUPATION: Clyde was a U.S. Marine From 1959 through 1965 and a Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the 1964 Marine’s Rainbow Classic Championship and a Hall of Fame inductee at Atlantic Christian College( Now Barton College) for his basketball.Mr. Stallsmith was a American Legion Member.
