HONORARY PALLBEARERS: Johnny McAmis
REMARKS: Mr. Hayes served aboard the USS Frasier. He was aboard the ship in the battles of Iwo Jima, the Guadalcanal, and several other Pacific battles. His ship swept Tokyo Harbor for the USS Missouri to enter for the surrender ceremony. The Greene County Honor Guard will convey military graveside services.
