Brown Morefield

Brown “Mick” Morefield, born in Gastonia NC on 12-27-1940, passed away September 20, 2026, at Laughlin Healthcare Center.

Mick was a retired certified mechanic and truck driver.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Brown Morefield and Cora Morefield; brother’s Larry Morefield, and Jerry Morefield.

He is survived by his children; Wayne Morefield, Candy Morefield and Mickie Dixon; brother, Ted Morefield; sisters, Dorothy Mitchell, and Sandra Habgood.
A cherished nephew William Mitchell. Grand children and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
