Lisa Carter age,57 of Greeneville TN., passed away Feb. 19, 2024 at Life Care Center. \Lisa was a great and loving woman; she would help anyone in need. She is survived by five children, Devin Carter, Dylan Carter, Samantha Carter and Dustin Bishop. Grandchildren, Chanell Carter and Deborah Bare. Two brothers and one sister, Brad Swatzell, Carla Norton, and Jeff Swatzell. Uncle and aunt, Zemery and Manella Swatzell. Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Carter. Father Carl Genay Swatzell.
