Darryl Belt

Darryl Glen Belt, born September 30, 1962, in Greeneville, TN, passed away on August 8, 2024. A lifelong resident of Greeneville, Darryl was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather. He spent his professional life at Estes, demonstrating a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to his colleagues. In his leisure time, he was an avid fisherman, cherishing the peace and tranquility that this pastime brought him.

Darryl is survived by his cherished wife, Glenna Belt, his children, Brian (Sydne) Belt, Kayla Belt, and Casey (Michael) Reams, and his grandchildren, Clayton, Ella, and Anna Reams. He is also survived by his siblings, Thelma (Douglas) Cogdill, Janice Lawson, Richard Belt, Lorna Belt, and Rebecca (Ryan) Kibort. Darryl was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Betty Belt, and his siblings, Jo Ann Boyd and Michael Belt.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 5:00-7:00 pm at the Fairview Baptist Church, located at 6410 McDonald Road, Mohawk, Tennessee, 37810. The memorial service will follow at the same location at 7:00pm with Pastor Jay Mosser officiating. We invite those who knew and loved Darryl to join us in celebrating his life.
