Donald Lamar Stills Sr., age 74 of the Camp Creek Community passed away at the Johnson City Medical Center Friday October 7, 2022. He was a member of Cedar Grove UM Church and a US Army Veteran having served in Vietnam. He retired from Magnavox and enjoyed farming. Donald's life was about helping those he loved and teaching generations to come to be happy in life. He is survived by his wife of 22 yrs Theresa Dawn Stills, 3 children Julie Emmalyne Stills, Donald Lamar Stills Jr, Robyn and husband Seth Hall, grandchildren Ashton Haas, Savanna Drew, Gabrielle Hall, Eryka Hall, Anna Hall, Tayler Hall, Savannah Hall, nephew and nieces John Carl Stills, Ivy Stills, and Ivana Stills. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Woodrow and Ruth Elizabeth Stills, 2 brothers Charles Woodrow Stills Jr, Ronald Lee Stills. The family will receive friends 4-7pm Wednesday at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The graveside service will be Thursday at 12 noon in Harris Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Dolphus Cutshaw officiating. The family will meet at 11am at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery. The Greene County Honor Guard will convey military honors at the graveside service.
