It is with heartbreak we unexpectedly announced the passing of Donavon Mariha
McDonald. 10/12/87-06/22/26. This wind has called home. Donavon leaves behind a legacy filled with his wit, sense of humor, grit, and determination. He valued his career as an Executive Protection Agent where he touched many lives, but most of all he valued his family. He was all about sacrifice to move forward in this life. Aunts Donna and David Myers, Lillie and Mike Swafford. Uncles Casey and Lindsey Jones, Vince and Benita McDonald, and Mike Hogan. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and brothers in arms. He is proceeded in death by his dad Paul Oaks and
Grandparents. Though he is gone, his life will forever be remembered in our hearts.The family will receive friends from 4-7pm Saturday June 27, 2026 at Jeffers Funeral Chapel at Afton. There will be a celebration of life service to follow at 7pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Chris Shumate officiating.
