Hayden Darragh Bell, age 70, died peacefully in his sleep on\nthe night of Halloween. He served in the Navy and was a life long\nmachinist of some renown. He read voraciously until his intellect\nwas kidnapped by the internet. He was incredibly witty and his\npolitics were right wing. His memory was super human. Darragh\ntraveled the world, but wished for his ashes to be left on the\nshores of Louisiana and then the mountains of East Tennessee.\nHe will be sorely missed by those that loved him. He is survived\nby his brothers, former District Attorney C. Berkeley Bell, and wife\nJane; Attorney William H. Bell; son, Jason Bell; nephews, Burnley\nBell, Berkeley Bell, Sam Bell; and nieces, Bethaney Bell and Erica\nPenley. A special remembrance to his special friends Jeff Neil,\nDana Matthews, and Tammy Cornett.\nThere will be a Celebration of Life in Memory of Darragh and\nPrudy Bell, who passed in May of this year, held on Friday,\nNovember 17, 2023 from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at St. James\nEpiscopal Church- Parrish Hall.
