Imogene Isley Dixon

Imogene Isley Dixon age 81 of Afton passed away at home Sunday August 11, 2024. She was a precious, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She is survived by her 2 daughters and son-in-law Diane (Charles) Morrison and Martha Southerland, grandchildren Cindy (Greg) Lamb, Beverly (David) Shelton, Beth (Travis) Peake, Jason (Sharee) Southerland, Jeremy Southerland, great grandchildren Courtney (Wesley) Burnett, Caitlin (Blaise) Burnett, Caleb (Grace) Lamb, Candace Lamb, Cameron Lamb, Macey (Carson) Lee, Brooklyn Peake, Cadence Peake, Tavyn, Tralyn, Tatum, Jackson, Reece, and Hunter Southerland, great great grandchildren Serenity, Gunner, Selah, Everly, and Gatlin Burnett, uncle Doyle Isley, several cousins, 2 special friends Billie Dixon and Martha Summey. She was preceded in death by her mother Viola Harrison, step father Troy Harrison, grandmother Cloia Isley, grandfather "Poppa" John Isley, son-in-law Jack Southerland, aunts Eva Dell Helton, Irene Laughlin, Loretta Gosnell, uncle Verlin Isley. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday August 14, 2024 at Jeffers Funeral Chapel at Afton. The funeral service will be Thursday at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tony Cook and Rev. Keith Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Memorial Gardens with grandsons and family serving as pallbearers.
