James (Ted) Seaton 74 of Greeneville passed away Thursday June 22 ,2023.\n\nTed is survived by wife Jackie Seaton, sisters; Elizabeth Jones, Peggy Keller, brothers; Dennis Seaton, Wayland Seaton, brother-in-law, Frank Horner. Several nieces, nephews, and friends.\n He was preceded in death by his parents Troy and Willie Kate Dunn Seaton, sister Janice Covington, father -in-law Jack Horner and mother-in-law Helen (Miller) Horner.\n\nTed was a US Army veteran and a retired dairy farmer. Prior to moving back to Greeneville, Ted loved living in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. While living there he made many new friends, who treated him like family.\n\nFamily and friends are ask to gather at Solomon Lutheran Church at 4pm Monday June 26, 2023 to honor Ted's life with Pastor Mark Renner officiating. The Greene County Honor Guard will convey military honors.
