Jerome Stoneking Obituary (1962 - 2024)

Jerome Stoneking, 62, fell asleep in death on March 28th, 2024 from an extended illness. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Originally from Downers Grove Illinois, he and his wife had made their home in Greeneville, TN for the past 29 years. Jerome worked as a repair technician as long as his health permitted. Jerome was preceded in death by his father, Harry L. Stoneking. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Roxanne M. Stoneking (McCarthy); his mother, Colette D. Stoneking (Hebert) of Downers Grove, Illinois; siblings, Sandra J. Niemeier (George) of Ohio and their two daughters, Heather Williams and Cheyenne Harris, Janet L. Stoneking (Thomas Mozer) of Illinois, and Colleen M. Easton of Arizona and her two children, Kathleen Easton and David Easton and their father, Michael Easton. Jerome also has a large, loving spiritual family who anticipate seeing him again in the resurrection by Christ Jesus. A memorial service will be held for Jerome on May 4th, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 440 Hal Henard Rd Greeneville. Cyril Thadathil and Jeff Thomas will officiate. Flowers may be sent to the above address on the day of service.
