Johnny Stroud

Johnny Haskell Stroud passed from this life to be with our Lord on October 4, 2024. He was a Christian by faith and when his health permitted, he attended Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Carolyn Stroud and infant brother Charles Andrew Stroud, His grandparents, CR and Willy Malone, and Andrew and Pearl Stroud.

He is survived by his sister Diane and Chuck Clark, nieces Holley and Trey Craddock and Haylee Starnes, Brandon and Tenicia Clark and Trey and Kelsie Clark. Several nieces and nephews: Ella, Chloe, Rae, Ava, Tobiah, Shelby, Ande, Asher, Adley, and Bennett.

He was a retired employee of Magnavox of Greeneville and at the time of his death, he resided at Durham Hensley Nursing Home. He had made several good friends and nursing staff that he thought of as family. Graveside funeral service will be held at Wesley’s Chapel Saturday 10/12/2024 at 11am with fellowship to follow.
