Justin Lynn Smith passed away June 5, 2026.

He is survived by one daughter (his princess) Serenity Smith. Mother Rhonda Laws and Stepfather Richard Laws, Father Christopher Smith and Stepmother Tammy Smith. Grandparents Rhonda Wyatt, Bobby Patrick, and Patsy Smith. One great grandmother Linda Lethco. Sister Harley Smith: stepsisters Ashley Redmond, Ruby Redmond and Kelsey Laws Freeman. Brothers Nicholas Smith, Bronson Smith: Stepbrothers Marcus Laws and Joseph Burnette. Niece Laney Smith and nephew Brilynn Smith. Uncles Earnie Smith, Brian Smith, and Bobby Patrick: Aunt Angie Goode.

Preceded in death by grandfather Roger Smith and step grandfather Curtis Wyatt, Uncle Jason Patrick and Good Friend Kay Swift.

The family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Jeffers Funeral Service Downtown. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:00 pm in Jeffers Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Carter's Station at Albany Cemetery
