Larry Hugh Keller age 82 of Greeneville passed away Saturday October 29, 2022 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He attended as long as his health permitted Campground Church of God and retired after 40yrs with the US Postal Service. Larry was an auxiliary officer with the Greeneville Police Dept. and past fire chief for the South Greene Volunteer Fire Dept. He is survived by his wife Peggy Jane Seaton Keller, daughter and son-in-law Rhonda and Wayne Bowman, 3 step daughters and spouses Mary Beth and John Freshour, Becky Bowers and Dusty Ricker, Eva and DJ Swatzell, grandchildren Krissi and Keith Silvers, Jordy and Keely Clark, Katie Bowman, Elizabeth Greer, Carlie Greer, Jessica and Will Maxwell, Jonathan Freshour/Annie Street, Jacob, Ivy, Isaiah, and Elam Swatzell, great grandchildren Maisie Silvers, Colton Silvers, Kinley Clark, Garrett Clark, Rylee Jennings, Emalee Jennings, nephew Nathan Keller, many special cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Mary Kate Keller, daughter Karen Greer, 3 brothers Harold Keller, Fred Keller, Frank Keller, special aunt Lady Palmer. The family will receive friends from 11-2pm Thursday at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Fillers and Rev. Larry Pike. The graveside will follow in Cross Anchor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dennis Seaton, Wayland Seaton, Dusty Ricker, Jordy Clark, Keith Silvers, Colton Silvers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ted Seaton, John Jones, Tom Clark, Glen Greene, Jackie Roberts, Johnny Powers, Marvin Renner, John Collins. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of choice in memory of Larry Keller.
