Margaret Prudence Bell, 63 years of age, passed on May, 1st, 2023 at her home.\n\nPrudy was born July 18, 1959 in Greeneville, Tennessee to the late Attorneys Charles and Peggy Bell. She was the youngest of four children. Purdy was educated in the Greeneville city school system and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.\n\nPrudy worked for years with her mother "Peggy Bell" at the Greeneville Credit Bureau. She retired from Valk Industries.\n\nPrudy was witty and direct of speech. She was an avid reader and loved her dogs. She especially loved taking her dogs on rides with her. She was free spirited, was always willing to help those around her (especially in caring for animals). Her charm and big personality are sorely missed. "She was a dear friend."\n\nPrudy is survived by her brothers Attorney Berkeley Bell, his wife Jane O. Bell, Attorney William (Bill) Bell and Darragh Bell, Nephews Jason Bell, Burnley Bell, wife Julie, Sam Bell and Berkeley Bell III. Nieces Bethany Bell, Erica Bell Penley, Husband Holden and Daugter Becky Bell Grayson.
