Melissa "Missy" Ramsey, age 33, of Greeneville passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Bristol Regional Hospital. She is survived by Two Children Matthew "Matt" White and Makayla Ramsey, Mother Lisa Willis Father Randy Willburn (whom she resided with) Brother Randall Willburn, Two Nephews, Lane and Hunter Willburn, Grandmother Miniah Waites, Aunts; Ruth Anne Buchanan, Tammy Tipton, Patricia and husband George Lewis, Dorothy and husband Nathan Keys, Uncles; David Willis and wife Sheila, Ricky Willburn, Special friend; Fletcher and close cousin Ashley Davis. She was preceeded in death by Grandparents Haskell and Betty Willburn, Shorty Wills, and Connie Waites. Uncles; Haskell Wilburn, Jr, Sam Buchanan, Donnie Rednour. Aunt Diane Lloyd The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5-8 PM at Jeffers Funeral Service Downtown. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM in River Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Dorothy Hall officiating. Pallbearers will be Randall Wilburn, Dustin Willis, Devin Seay, Nik Seay, Cassy Buchanan, Ricky Wilburn. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be George Lewis, Arnold Johnson, TJ Lane. It is asked that family and friends meet at the funeral home Wednesday at 10 AM to go in procession to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
