Mildred Marie Landers, 78, of Afton passed away at her home, on July 19, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and aunt. She was of the Christian Faith.\n \nShe is survived by her husband of 50 years: Warren Landers; son: Brian Landers; 2 brothers and sister-in-law: Amos & Mary Hensley, Duane Hensley; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law: Carolyn & Jimmy Cox, Vanessa & John Burgess; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jeanetta Manis, Pearl Landers, Ball & Linda Landers; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; special friend: James Rogers; aunts and uncles: Ethel & Frank Mitchell, Carmen & Sharon Ramsey, Charlie & Patsy Ramsey.\n \nShe was preceded in death by her parents: Chester & Zella Hensley; brother: Gary Hensley.\n \nThe family will receive friends from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Jeffers Funeral Chapel in Afton. The funeral will follow at 7pm with the Rev. Jeff Casteel, and Dr. John Burgess officiating.
