Peggy Bryant

Peggy Lynn Bryant passed away Tuesday September 29, 2026. She was a member of Appalachian Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Jack Bryant, children Jason and Jessika Brooks, Shawn Brooks, step children Jeannie Franklin, Rachel and Bryan Ramsey, and Nathan Bryant, brothers Robert Shelton, Carl and Marie Shelton, grandchildren Alyssa Burkey, Avree Brooks, Paisley Trembley, Ava Brooks, and Amber Kolos, niece Karen Shelton, nephews Robbie Shelton, Todd and Becky Shelton, and Jeff Darnell, and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Marc Brooks, mother and father Donnie and Elisha Shelton, sister and brother-in-law Judy and Johnny Darnell, nephews Rusty Shelton, Stephen Shelton, and Johnny Paul Darnell. There will be no formal services. She will be laid to rest in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. The family will gather Friday at 11:30 am at the cemetery to have a moment of remembrance if anyone would like to attend.
