Phil Shipley Obituary (1965 - 2022) - Parrottsville, Tennessee

Phil Shipley, 56, of Greeneville, passed away May 4, 2022, at Greeneville Community Hospital East. He was of Christian Faith. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was a hard worker who was devoted to caring for his family. He is survived by his daughter, Alexis Shipley; granddaughter, Sophia Campbell; his niece, Mirada Carter; great-nephew, Cayden Shelton; his two stepsisters; one close friend who was like a brother, Johnny Davis; and a host of special friends that are too many to name. He was preceded in death by his parents: Cecil Eugene Shipley and Lou Ella Easterly; his sister, Angela Carter.
