Roger Crim

LT Commander Chaplin (Retired Navy) Roger Lee Crim of Greeneville TN went home to be with the Lord October 13, 2026, surrounded by his beloved Family.

Roger was preceded in death by his Mother Anna and Father Arch, siblings Donald, Arch Jr, Ruth, and Carol.

Roger is survived by his loving wife Susan whom he shared 57 years of marital bliss, and his three children Lee (Robin), John, Michelle (Craig). He was a loving grandfather to 9 Grand Children and 4 great grandchildren.

Roger was a lifelong Pastor and Chaplin who grew up in West Va before joining the Navy. He loved spending time with family, fishing, and cuddling with his animals.

Visitation will be Monday, October 19, 2026 10:00 to 12:00pm at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Services downtown location. Graveside service will be at 1:00pm at Mountain Home National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Hawkins County Humane Society, 5180 Hwy 11W Rogersville, TN 37857.
