Ronnie F. Babb

Ronnie F. Babb age 69 passed away June 9, 2024 at his home.

Ronnie was a Patrion of the community, an honorable discharged Vietnam Veteran, he became the Chief of the Debusk Volunteer Fire Department, a Volunteer for the Greeneville and Greene County Rescue Squad as well as he served as an EMT for Greene County for twenty-five plus years. Before retirement he was part of the Response One team in South Greene.

He is survived by his wife Nickie Babb. Two daughters and one son, Shana Hawkins of Kansas City MO., Jeremy Babb of Greeneville, and Tabitha Babb of Johnson City. Grandchildren, Mykayla and Aidan, of Kansas City MO. Sister, Brenda Ruth Brown. Sister-in-law, Tina Ridha. Several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his grandparents Herman and Fannie Johnson. Parents Jack and Dorothy Babb. Brother and sister, Donnie Brown and Robin Snapp.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice, Cornerstone, and Smokey Mountain Medical Equipment.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
