Timothy Lee Shipley, 58, of Greeneville, went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 28, 2019.\n \nMr. Shipley was the former owner of Shipley’s Appliance and Furniture of Greeneville, TN. He was a currently a farmer on his farm in Greene County.\n \nHe is survived by his children: Timothy Jay Shipley, Hannah Shipley, Lydia Shipley, and Whitney Shipley all of Greeneville; 5 grandchildren: Jherivus, Jakyra, Aries, Joseph, Phoenix; mother: Anna Mae Shipley of Afton; sisters: Sharon Haggertly and her husband, Neil of Gallatin, TN, Teresa Morrow and her husband, Bill of Limestone, TN, and Sonja Dorland and her husband, Keith of Woodbridge, VA; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, including a special niece: Sarah Morrow Price.\n \nHe was preceded in death by his father: Lloyd Perry Shipley; brother: Michael Perry Shipley; sister: Betty Ann Ermel.\n \nThe family will receive friends Friday, November 1, 2019 from 1-3 & 5-7PM at Jeffers Funeral Service Downtown. The funeral service will be held Saturday, at 1PM at Jeffers Funeral Chapel Downtown with Rev. Clarence Gammill officiating. Interment will be in River Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Shipley, Dale Ricker, James Morrow, Cody Sayers, Matthew Shelton, and Jack Hughes.
