Tony Carroll Gray Jr. age 53 of Greeneville passed away Wednesday August 6, 2025 at Life Care Ctr of Greeneville. Survivors include 2 sons Tyler (Courtney) Gray and Bradley Parton, 3 brothers Anthony (Tonya) Gray, Larry Gray, and Dustin Kesterson, 3 sisters Aleta Johnson, Tammy Pitts, and Crystal Kesterson, several nieces and nephews, cousins, 6 grandchildren, special nephews Cody Lamb, Spencer Lamb, special niece Brittany Hale, and special friends Jennifer Tesnear, staff at Greeneville Life Care, Denise Keller, Brittany Metcalf, Kerrie Morgan, and Crystal Royston. He was preceded in death by his parents Tony and Doris Gray, grandparents Josh and Selma Gray, daughter Bethany Gray, and a brother Heath Gray. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
