Wilma Jean (Parker) Gosnell, 82, of Greeneville, passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at her home.\n \nMrs. Gosnell was the daughter of the late Robert and Gladys Parker.\n \nIn addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years: Rev. Erwin Gosnell; daughter: Trudy Seaton; granddaughter: Sarah Seaton; great-grandson: Jaden; brothers: Carl, Bob, and John Parker.\n \nShe is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Ed Gosnell and Lisa of SC; daughter: Jody Neal and Robby of Mt. Carmel; grandsons: Zackary Seaton of Greene County and Jake Neal; 2 great-granddaughters: Jessica Glauer, Molly Ray of Mt. Carmel and Sidney Neal; 2 great-great grandchildren; sisters: Mary Austin of FL, Judy Bacon of Johnson City; a host of special nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews: and a special friend: Billie Archer.\n \nThe family will receive friends Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 11AM-12PM at Jeffers Funeral Chapel at Afton. The funeral service will follow visitation at 12PM in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Steven Spell and Rev. Lowell Phillips officiating. Interment will be in River Hill Cemetery.
